The answer is simple: for a static application like this, Hugo is not only sufficient but also highly efficient. Using more elaborate frameworks for such purposes often feels like overkill. Hugo offers simplicity and speed without compromising performance. In fact, a quick check on Lighthouse shows that all the web vitals are above 97%.
